What currency are the prices in?
The prices listed are in Singapore dollars.

Are the books available in bookstores?
Our books are not consigned to bookstores in order for our price to remain competitive. If we were to consign our books to bookstores, we will have to increase our selling price by more than100%. In order not to pass the cost to our customers, we have decided to sell our books solely online.

What is Mail Delivery and how is its payment done?
Mail Delivery is to deliver your book / books through snail mail. It will be sent to your house address through your mailbox.
1. Through Self-Address Stamped Envelope
Customers will first send an email to our sales team. A small envelope will be sent to the customer's house, and the customer can slot the payment (cash or cheque) inside and mail it back to us. Customers will receive their book / books within 7 days after their payment is cleared.
2. Through bank transfer
Customers will transfer the amount indicated to one of our local banks (UOB or POSB / DBS). Upon transfer, customers will email our sales team on the transfer details, and our sales team will verify the payment within two working days and send the book / books within three working days.
3. Through Credit Card (Only for purchase of 5 books and several other promotional orders)
Customers will click on the button which indicate the price of their order, fill in their particulars and credit card information in a secured website (Paypal) and after payment has been applied, which usually take less than three seconds, we will send the book / books to the customer's mailing address within three working days.

Can I self-collect the books from your office?
We regret to say that  we do not offer any self-collection mode. Self-collection is only available if you buy more than 10 books, in which we will guide you on how to proceed from there.

Is there any assurance that I will receive my books in good condition?
We are a registered company (Business Registration Number: 53080266W)and have been getting good responses from readers in Singapore. We have been in operation for three years had not received any complaints from our customers, only compliments.
At Goody Books, we strive to make your shopping as pleasure as possible. All orders will be treated with good service and we guarantee that the books will reach you, in very good condition, or else we will do a free exchange for you.

In order to assure customers that shopping in Goody Books Online Store is absolutely safe, we have created 8 promises that we promise to deliver:

At Goody Books, we understand that money is hard to come by because we started out small too. And the more we understand the concept of money.
We treat every order seriously, and will ensure that every payment made is safe. With regards to Credit Card / Debit Card payment, we are using the safest and the most reliable online payment gateway (Paypal)in the world. Every effort is made to make your shopping experience at Goody Books as enjoyable as possible, without any worries of fraud.
In an event of an error in our system (which should never have happened), we will refund our customer every cent that they had lost if the mistake is pointed to us. This is a promise that we dare to proclaim.

I am interested in bulk purchase, how can I go about it? Will there be any discount?
